Bathroom Loner

Once upon a time there was a bathroom loner who would get lost reading whatever secret messages other loners wrote on all those lonely walls.

Motion graphic piece inspired in a great fragment of the song “The Handshake” by MGMT. Done using my Canon Powershot and drawing frame by frame animation on Flash. Edited in both iMovie and After Effects.

Must say that I really enjoyed joining in the collective unconscious of all those people who go into a bathroom and reply to what other people have to say with a sharpie or whatever they have in hand. How wild is to have sharpies inspire dialogs of randomness, and anonymously communicate with the world as people take a leak.
